7.3.3 旅客退票應(yīng)出示本人有效身份證件；如退票受款人不是客票上列明的旅客本人，應(yīng)出示旅客和退票受款人的有效身份證件。 7.3.3The passenger shall present his or her valid ID document to get a refund; in cases where the person to whom refund will be made is not the passenger named on the ticket, the person shall produce a valid identification document for the passenger along with his or her own valid ID. 7.3.4 廈航將票款退給持有客票未使用的全部乘機(jī)聯(lián)和旅客聯(lián)，或行程單/收據(jù)，并符合本條件第7.3.1條和7.3.2條規(guī)定的人，應(yīng)視為正當(dāng)退票。廈航也隨即解除責(zé)任。 7.3.4A refund made to anyone who presents the passenger coupon and all the unused flight coupons or itinerary/receipt and who holds himself or herself out as a person to whom a refund may be made in terms of sub-paragraphs 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 shall be deemed a proper refund and shall discharge Xiamen Airlines from future liability and from any further claims for refunds. 7.4 期限 7.4 Period of validity 旅客要求退票，應(yīng)在客票有效期內(nèi)向廈航提出，并在客票有效期內(nèi)辦理退票手續(xù)。 Passengers shall make a refund request with Xiamen Airlines and complete the refund procedures within the valid period of the ticket. 7.5 地點 7.5 Location 7.5.1 旅客非自愿退票，可在原購票地、航班始發(fā)地、經(jīng)停地、終止地的廈航直銷機(jī)構(gòu)、經(jīng)廈航特別授權(quán)的銷售代理人售票處或引起非自愿退票地點的廈航授權(quán)地面服務(wù)代理人售票處辦理。 7.5.1Passengers who receive involuntarily refunds may collect such refunds at Xiamen Airlines’ direct sales agencies where the ticket was originally purchased, the airport where the flight originated, the stopping place or the destination airport, ticketing offices of authorized sales agents specifically authorized by Xiamen Airlines, or ticketing offices of ground services agents authorized by Xiamen Airlines where the involuntary refund was caused. 7.5.2 旅客自愿退票，應(yīng)在下列地點辦理： 7.5.2Passengers who collect voluntary refunds may obtain refunds in the following locations: a) 在出票地要求退票，原則上只限在原購票的售票處辦理； |
